| Objectives |
The students have a comprehensive understanding of the system of European and Austrian fundamental rights; they comprehend the relationship between the diverse national and international legal foundations. Moreover, they have a deeper insight into the relevant methodologies and arguments of the respective supreme courts (ECHR, CJEU, Constitutional Court) and can access and comprehend their jurisprudence.
