| Objectives |
The students have in-depth insights into selected areas of European Public Law, enabling them to engage in professional discussions and address issues in European law. They are knowledgeable about the central questions at the intersection of Union law and national law, and can provide case-specific answers. The aim is also to develop a refined understanding of methods, facilitating the resolution of European legal questions.
