The students are capable of solving complex cases in civil law and civil procedural law.

(*)Allgemeiner Teil, Schuldrecht Allgemeiner Teil, Schuldrecht Besonderer Teil, Sachenrecht, Familienrecht, Erbrecht, Internationales Privatrecht, Erkenntnisverfahren, Exekutions- und Insolvenzrecht, Internationales Zivilverfahrensrecht, jeweils samt Falllösungstechnik. Das Verhältnis von zivilrechtlichen und zivilverfahrensrechtlichen Problemstellungen soll in etwa 2 : 1 betragen.
