| Objectives |
The students are capable of comprehensively understanding institutes of general and special contract law (especially selected contract types, tort law, unjust enrichment, and negotiorum gestio), including relevant connections to property law. They possess in-depth knowledge of the Roman law foundations of current civil law and can solve complex civil cases with connections to both contract and property law. The students are familiar with the procedure and basic features of the appellate stage of civil law proceedings.

Klausuren, Hausübungen, automatisierten Computer-Tests, mündlichen Prüfungen und/oder Mitarbeit in der Lehrveranstaltung.
