Objectives
  • Knowledge of the different types of intracranial hemorrhages
  • Ability to recognize distinct characteristics of intracranial hemorrhages due to trauma, cerebrovascular malformations [aneurysms, AVMs, AVFs, Cavernomas] and spontaneous hemorrhages
  • Understanding of the pathophysiology of intracranial hypertension and ist implications for neurosurgical procedures for intracranial hemorrhages

  • Posthemorrhagic hydrocephalus and its management
