The practical experience gained allows students to critically examine the prevailing theoretical concepts of behaviour in the fields of leadership, motivation, learning and group behaviour, as well as intercultural literature.
This confrontation between theory and practice accompanies the entire part of the international interaction in the second year of study on an intensive level.
