Students acquire profound knowledge and understanding of Strategic Management and of International Strategic Management and the respective approaches. They know and understand the concepts and instruments of Strategic Management - also in the global context - and of their interrelationships in theory and practice. Students are able to combining strategic thinking and acting - especially in an international context and master the critical analysis and application of methods and instruments of Strategic Management. They acquire knowledge and understanding of International Human Resource Management. Students develop and understand strategic, personal and intercultural competences, and are able to apply these competences in case studies and in an online business simulation game.
