| Objectives |
Before starting the master thesis, basic contents and skills are taught in the SE Preparation of the Master Thesis, which are of relevance independent of the master thesis topic. Thus, key competencies of scientific working will be taught and practiced such as sample size determination, open science, research ethics and data protection.
More detailed regulations regarding the master thesis and the master examination can be found in the curriculum of the master program Psychology § 8 (Master thesis) and § 9 (Examination regulations).

Depending on the didactic concept, one or more of the following criteria will be applied: Attendance, participation, exams, homework, literature work, input papers, presentations.
