Objectives Accompanying the master thesis, the SE Master Thesis Seminar I is attended. It is recommended to attend the seminar, if possible, of the supervisor of one's master's thesis.

The students read and work on subject-specific literature. Based on this, they prepare an exposé on the planned master thesis, including formulation and justification of the hypotheses. They have the opportunity to discuss open questions and problems as well as to obtain constructive feedback from experts in the field.

More detailed regulations on the master thesis and the master examination can be found in the curriculum of the master program in psychology § 8 (Master thesis) and § 9 (Examination regulations).

Criteria for evaluation Depending on the didactic concept, one or more of the following criteria will be applied: Attendance, participation, exams, homework, literature work, input papers, presentations.
