Original study plan |
Master's programme Mechatronics 2021W |
Objectives |
Students are familiar with the basics of statics of linear systems of structural mechanics (rods, discs, plates and shells). Students understand the observed phenomena and their mathematical description.
Students are able to solve problems of statics of linear systems of structural mechanics with analytical and numerical methods and implement these methods.
|
Subject |
- Rods: slender rods; bending and torsion; spatially curved rods
- Plane structures: discs and plates; Kirchhoff plate theory; curved plates
- Shell theory: axisymmetric shells of revolution; spherical shells and cylindrical shells
