Detailed information
Original study plan Bachelor's programme Mechatronics 2023W
Objectives Students know and understand the basics of electronic measurement signal processing and can apply these to tasks with resistive, capacitive, inductive and optical sensors. They are able to

  • analyse measurement circuits with operational amplifiers with non-ideal (real) parameters
  • identify sensor signals and design suitable measurement circuits
  • analyse noise and external influences in measurement circuits
Subject
  • Operational amplifiers and special amplifiers
  • Non-ideal characteristics of operational amplifiers
  • Selected measuring circuits for resistive, capacitive, inductive and optical sensors
  • Active and passive filters
  • Fundamentals of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
Criteria for evaluation Written and/or oral exam
Methods Lecture with blackboard and slides
