Original study plan Bachelor's programme Chemistry 2018W
  • To provide the student with practical experience in the techniques of experimental physical chemistry.
  • To deepen the student's understanding of the principles of thermodynamics and kinetics through experimentation.
  • To develop more sophisticated physical chemical laboratory skills in the student.
  • To increase student's ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in writing and in speech.
  • To foster, encourage and develop critical thinking and higher-order creative thinking in the student.
Subject In this course the principles of physical chemistry and their practical applications to the study of the life sciences are given. The experimental measurement of thermodynamic properties of matter, the application of experimental physical chemistry methods, the development of instrumental methods and the application of advanced mathematics to problems in physical chemistry.
