Objectives This group of courses introduce students to the field of gender and diversity in the context of organizations and opportunities. By exploring legal and governmental tools and strategies (e.g. anti-discrimination law) as well as organizational and company practices (e.g. gender mainstreaming, gender budgeting), the class enables students to analyze gender as a category which, alongside other markers of difference like age, ethnicity etc, structures inequality in our society.
