Objectives To deepen students’ knowledge and understanding of specific aspects within the field of International Management
Subject The course varies in content; it is frequently taught by international guest professors who are experts in their respective fields. The course might for example focus on:

  • Migration, integration and diversity in organizations
  • International negotiations
  • Strategic International Human Resource Management – Managing people in the multinational enterprise
  • Current challenges facing internationally operating organizations
Criteria for evaluation Depending on the course topic, the requirements may combine group projects with individual assignments, such as short tests, exams, or presentations.
Methods Depending on the course topic, the teaching methods may include simulations, exercises, theoretical input, case analyses, in-class discussions, etc. Attendance of all classes is expected for their whole duration.
