Objectives Students acquire in-depth knowledge in human resource management, building on the basics of business sciences, that enable them to develop and deploy information systems in the area of Human Resource Management together with business economists.

Students possess sound expertise and methodological skills in human resources and change management in organizations. They are able to implement and reflect experiential learning in groups, and to apply methods of empirical qualitative research (case study research). They have the ability to thoroughly analyze practical problems in everyday work and to develop alternative solutions.

Subject Strategic Change and Learning, HRM strategy and operational aspects behaviour in organizations, groups as institutions, organizational development; leaders, groups, and their organizational environment; current topics in HRM.
