This course provides a basic understanding of management and is structured in three parts:
- Management Theory: Introduction and Classical Approaches to Management, Motivation, Groups and Leadership; Systems and Contingency Approaches to Management; Contemporary Approaches to Management
- Management Practice: Context of Management, Strategy, Organization Design and Change
- Functional Management: Marketing Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Information Resource Management
