Objectives The students have knowledge of the most important management tasks in the health care sector. They are able to prioritize these management tasks. They know the stakeholders in health care facilities and their incentive structures. They have extensive knowledge of mediation processes as a valuable management tool in the health care sector. The students are able to apply management tools to specific problems in the inpatient and outpatient sector. They can identify the most important change processes in health care and develop change architectures. They can analyze leadership processes in health care and manage team processes.
