Objectives After passing this course successfully students are able to:

  • Determine Human Factors that affect the vehicular traffic network
  • Analyze mobility problems and design technical / social / behavioral solutions
  • Specify factors that affect human mobility
  • Design data collection and data processing methods on the basis of appropriate technology and specific use case
Subject The course will address:

  • Human factors that affect the mobility patterns of road users to gain knowledge about different approaches to make better use of the cities infrastructure and transportation systems.
  • Impact of the introduction of new ITS technologies.
  • Individual human mobility patterns.
