Objectives Provide basic knowledge of application fields and underlying physical principles of microscopy techniques and techniques for characterizing interactions of bio-nanostructures.
Subject Principles and fundamentals, as well as scientific applications of the techniques single molecule fluorescence microscopy, (high speed) scanning probe microscopy, force spectroscopy, optical tweezers, magnetic tweezers, surface plasmon resonance, quartz crystal microbalance.
