Objectives Get in touch with elementary concepts, terms, definitions and assumptions of quantum mechanics, understanding the mathematical and logical construction of this theory and how is is applied to specific physical systems.
Subject Basic assumptions, Schrödinger equation for one particle, use of symmetry, approximate methods, identical particles and exchange interaction, the principle of chemical bond.
Criteria for evaluation written and eventually additional oral examination.
