Knowledge of design and application of cooling systems in electronic circuits
Subject
A sophisticated cooling system is an integral part of the layout of modern (power-) electronics. This course focuses on the layout of different cooling systems, concrete realisations, their pros and cons and fields of applications.
The lecture is organized as a one-week block course.
