Original study plan Bachelor's programme Mechanical Engineering 2020W
Objectives Autonomous development of mechatronic products applying scientific methods.
Subject A specific product design task will be given to each student. The project work and supervision are organized as follows: Set-up of a work-plan (Structuring of the project; detection of the required methods, means, sources of information); the work plan has to include milestones
In form of weekly meetings

  1. Project progress reports are given
  2. Help is provided by the supervising person
  3. Work-plans are modified if necessary

The project ends with a presentation of the project by all participants; the project report has to be delivered.

Criteria for evaluation Intermediate and final presentation; project report.
Methods Design problems are worked out independently with the usage of scientific methods leaned in the study; Presentation and discussion.
