Objectives |
Students will acquire skills to examine business organisation and personnel policies from an economic perspective. They will become familiar with the incentive effects of recruiting systems, compensation schemes and systems of advancement. Students will be in a position to understand mathematically formulated models and assess their applicability in various situations.
