Objectives Students will acquire a conceptual understanding of key areas in management with a focus on human resource management, change management and leadership. Students will understand the interplay between strategy, organization, human resource management and leadership and opportunities and starting points of change within organizations.
Subject Business as an Organization, Management Processes, Behavioral Theory, Evolutionary Economics, Resource-Based Views, Organizational Behaviour, Core Processes of Human Resource Management (employee selection, integration, application and development), Change Management (basic principles of intervention, managing changes on an individual, group and organizational level), Leadership in an organizational context.
Criteria for evaluation Mid-term examination (50 %), Final examination(50 %)
