Objectives The course provides knowledge about what can be understood by leadership and how leaders can contribute to enabling change and learning in organisations. The aim of the course is to build up competence in the factors that influence behaviour in organisations and how learning and change processes can be designed. Accordingly, in addition to the basics of leadership, motivation, perception, group & organisation, the central factors of influence through leadership are put in the context of organizational behaviour. After completing the course, students will have developed a conceptual understanding of central issues of management with a focus on leadership and change management and will be able to apply this in case studies and specific situations.
