Objectives
(*)Pre- and post-preparation for the practical training. During the internship student develops and applies her/his knowledge gained during studies in working life. The course reflects student's study practice with working life and university policy.
Subject
(*)Before the practical training, student participates a pre-seminar organized by the department. After the practical training the student takes part in a feedback seminar, in which the training report of the student will be discussed. In the report the student evaluates his/her success in achieving the set objectives and assesses the implementation of the social political function of the organization with aid of source books. The training report must fulfill the criteria of scientific writing.
Criteria for evaluation
(*)Preparation of an analysis paper of the practicum (5 pages) and active participation (50% and 50%).
Methods
(*)Participation of the students in the pre- and post-seminar organized for internship students.
