| Objectives |
Students are able to reflect upon leadership models on the basis of theoretical concepts and connect them with their personal experience. Students understand the challenges of leadership in organizations and are able to reflect their own role in this context. A special emphasis is placed on leadership challenges in the context of human resource management. Discussion, reflection, and exercises on the leadership concepts introduced in the course support learning.
