Objectives Students can make investment decisions and are able to analyze different instruments of financing. They know the most important terms and theories of financial management.
Subject The course is divided into two sub-areas:

1. Financing: corporate finance refers to all measures related to raising and using capital.

2. Investment: corporate investment theory examines forms of investment, capital budgeting instruments, criteria of optimal investment decisions and the relationship between financing and investment.
