practice and improve the speaking skills necessary to function in business environments: reacting spontaneously and adequately to information presented, contributing and summarizing arguments, voicing criticism, presenting in formal and informal situations
practice and improve the writing skills necessary to function in business environments: structure, clear line of argumentation, logical sequence, register, cohesion and coherence
improve formal and informal presentation skills: focus on performance, free and spontaneous delivery, giving and receiving feedback

 The final grade is based on an equal evaluation of oral and written work. Both the oral and the written work must be positive in order to complete the course.
