Objectives |
Students are familiar with different business model frameworks and typologies and are able to identify innovation opportunities for business models (especially through digitization). Furthermore, they are familiar with the requirements and possibilities of Circular Business Models and are able to deal with the specific conditions of marketing decisions in business-to-business (B2B) markets.

- learn and discuss various business model frameworks
- discuss the role of digitalization and circular economy in business model innovation and develop own business models
- reflect and explain the organizational changes needed for business model innovation
- learn and discuss the value concept as cornerstone of B2B marketing, typologies of B2B transactions, organizational buying and managing customer benefit und price.
