Objectives
  • Students are strengthened in their ability to behave effectively and cooperate in situations of cultural diversity.
  • Students gain practical experience of situational leadership skills.
  • Students are able to reflect critically on their experienced intercultural and group interactions.
  • Students learn how to solve real-life conflicts and receive support from the program coordinators.
  • Students learn to reflect on their interactions with other cultures through diary entries.
  • Students deal with gender issues and the compatibility of work and family in different cultures.
  • The practical experience gained allows students to critically examine the prevailing theoretical concepts of behaviour in the fields of leadership, motivation, learning and group behaviour, and intercultural literature.
  • This confrontation between theory and practice accompanies the whole part of the international interaction in the second year of study on an intensive level.
