Objectives Understanding the core economic, institutional and behavioral theoretical foundations of designing structures and processes in and around organizations
Subject This course introduces different theoretical frameworks for the understanding of organization, including economic, evolutionary or institutional ones. Students will apply these frameworks to a broad range of organizational phenomena such as trust, cooperation, motivation or innovation. Students will hereby become able to critically reflect on organizations and the various roles the play in society: socially, politically, economically and culturally.
