Objectives Acquire new and expand existing knowledge on the interacting forces in teams and develop competences to coordinate teams efficiently. Theoretical lenses will cover group dynamics and team development to become familiar with role differentiation in teams and dynamic group processes. Experience on personal behaviour in group processes and reflect on topics such as leadership, diversity, communication and conflict in group settings.
Subject Theory-based competencies in self-management; experiencing and understanding interpersonal processes and group dynamics; combining insights from personal experiences with theoretical background of groups and leadership; dimensions of collaboration of groups and organizations across cultures and genders; instruments and skills to handle social processes in projects and innovations.
Criteria for evaluation Pre-Readings (20%) Attendance & Participation (50%); Post-Module Reflection (30%)
Methods The interactive course introduces basics through core lectures. Additionally, group presentations, case studies, and management simulations including group discussions facilitate experience-based learning.
