Ziele
(*)Acquire new and expand existing knowledge on the interacting forces in teams and develop competences to coordinate teams efficiently. Theoretical lenses will cover group dynamics and team development to become familiar with role differentiation in teams and dynamic group processes. Experience ones personal behavior in group processes and reflect on topics such as leadership, diversity, communication and conflict in group settings.
