The students have knowledge of how to tackle the operational aspects of project management in global virtual teams. They learn the foundations of management in a virtual environment and practice simulations, creating virtual laboratory for experimenting and enhancing skills.

- basic history of virtual team management,
- review the current trends in virtual communication,
- reflect on the attitudes of responsibility,
