Bachelor's programme Fundamentals of Natural Sciences for Technology 2020W
Objectives
Getting familiar with basic experimental procedures and the importance of lab safety issues in a chemical laboratory.
Subject
First experiences with typical laboratory equipment and with the principal reaction behaviour of a variety of different substances will be made. Some general phenomena, as well as illustrative qualitative and quanitative reactions will be investigated and reported in short lab protocols.
Criteria for evaluation
Practical work and protocols. Written examination.
