Bachelor's programme Mechanical Engineering 2020W |
Objectives |
Survey about the evolution of mechanical engineering up to mechatronics, knowledge of the significance of standards, of important manufacturing technologies and the related possible production precision, knowledge of surface characterization, of geometric tolerances (dimensions, shape and position), of fits. Knowledge of fundamentals of technical drawing, survey about functions and graphical representation of important machine elements. Understanding of strength of rods under tension and pressure. Models for dimensioning screws as parts of bolted joints (bolted joint diagram)
