Objectives |
Develop a fundamental understanding on working principls for semiconductor devices (diodes, bipolar and field effect transtors, operational amplifiers),understanding of device behavior and ability to work with the associated equations and characteristics, ability to design fundamental circuits.

Written exam including theory and design problems, subesequently oral exam (if written exam above entry level), final grade based on both exams.
