Master's programme Computer Science 2021W |
Objectives |
Students understand the challenges in data visualization and will be able to design visualizations on their own. Visualization can be defined as the communication of information using graphical representations. In this course students will learn how information, such as graphs, text, tables, and maps can be effectively presented as well as analyzed by a user. In a practical lab part, students will have the chance to apply the theoretical knowledge to the design and implementation of an information visualization system by using real-world data.
|
