Objectives Process and mechanical engineering using single and multi-screw extruders.
Subject Mechanical and process engineering of single screw extruders: metering zone, solid conveying zone of both smooth and grooved barrel extruders, delay and melting zones, mixing section; screw concepts; multi-screw extruders; screwless extruders; mathematical-physical model laws.
