Objectives |
The practical course offers insight into the field of digital image processing.
Illustrative exercises in reference to the basics mix in with applications from
real industrial tasks and interesting projects for enthusiasts with a webcam.

- image segmentation in black/white and color
- 3D image capture with weakly structured light
- geometrical rectification, pattern matching and image stitching
- quality assurance with Cognex VisionPro
- image acquisition with industrial and consumer cameras
- image acquisition and image processing with Matlab
- illumination, scene and setup
