Detailed information
Original study plan Bachelor's programme Computer Science 2021S
Objectives Students understand the structure and functionality of today’s computing devices. They are able to encode data and to conduct computations in the established number formats. They are able to design circuits realizing simple applications such as arithmetic and control tasks. They understand how memory works and how, together with combinatorial circuits, this provides the basic components to computers. Students are eventually enabled to design and optimize various logic functions/operations and check their correctness.
