Master's programme Computer Science 2021S |
Objectives |
The realization of pervasive computing systems requires a significant paradigm shift towards distributed and mobile computing, sensor networks, context-aware technologies, and artificial intelligence. These topics will be in the focus of this course, which will provide an environment for experimenting and solving practical problems in this field.
The students will have the opportunity to work with the state-of-the-art of sensing technologies and practice various machine learning classification methods. The students should gain hands-on experience in all phases of pervasive system design and development and a practical understanding of the embedded computing time and space constraints.
