Objectives
  • To combine theoretical and practical insights into how companies manage international expansion and maintain international operations.
  • To allow first-hand experience of the impact of market entry decisions in a highly complex international business environment via an extended simulation exercise.

Criteria for evaluation Case study analysis, simulation exercise (expansion strategy and outcome), written exam
Methods Lectures, case study, whole-day simulation, group work, in-class discussions. Attendance of all classes is expected for their whole duration.
