Objectives
  • Students understand how to manage people and organizations — with a particular focus on dynamic business and institutional environments that call for innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Students understand current academic literature, and can design and carry out small research projects.
  • Students are capable of critically reflecting on topical academic and practitioner discourses as well as on managerial practices and societal developments.
  • Students possess skills conducive to founding and managing innovative organizations.
