Understand the role of and need for entrepreneurship and innovation in societies and economies
Understand the interdependence of entrepreneurship and innovation
Learn about core models of new business venturing within established and new organizations
Understand the concept of opportunity in entrepreneurship and innovation and learn how to differentiate hypes from sustainable trends
Appreciate the role of risk, uncertainty, cognition in entrepreneurship and innovation
Appreciate the psychological and sociological drivers and barriers to the formation of intentions and actions towards entrepreneurship and innovation
Understand the main challenges of new business venturing
Learn how to communicate, finance and organize a sustainable new venture project within established and new organizations
Develop a deeper knowledge of current topics regarding entrepreneurship and innovation
Be able to participate in ongoing academic discussions regarding entrepreneurship and innovation and developing own research questions
