Objectives The knowledge on topics covered in the lecture course is deepened by exercises in computational aspects, system dimensioning and control of fluid power systems. The focus lies on the practical applicability of methods.
Subject A set of showcase tasks for the conception, component selection, and sizing of fluid power Systems is presented and solved. Control design issues arising in these systems are also treated.
Criteria for evaluation Two written exams with tasks comparable to the cases solved in class.
Methods Ex-cathedra teaching paired with homework assignments where submitted results are assessed by the responsible teacher.
