Objectives Classification of the subject area in the natural sciences and physics, introduction to the basic concepts of electrical engineering, the field concept and the basics of electric and magnetic fields, examples of applications of electric and magnetic fields in engineering, transition from the field description of electric phenomena to electric networks, basic knowledge of analysis methods for simple circuits and the basics of alternating current circuits
