Objectives In this lecture the main fundamentals of theory of materials (micro-structure, properties, areas of use) for technical applications in the field of mechatronics shall be known.
Subject Basics of metallic materials and allyoing with related to materials for mechanical and electrical engineering (electr. conductors and magnets) Production and further processing of metals Destructive and nondistructive testing Ferrous materials Non-ferrous materials, organic materials Plastic materials, elctric. cunductors and magnetic materials
