Original study plan |
Bachelor's programme Technical Physics 2020W |
Objectives |
The excercise will deepen the understanding of particular properties of matter at the nanoscale, as well as important fabrication and analytic methods.
|
Subject |
Where are nanomaterials encountered (metals, semoconductors, composite materials, biological materials) and what makes their particular properties.
How are nanomaterials fabricated (bottom-up growth, top-down structuring) Which methods can determine nanomaterial’s properties (div. microscopy techniques, scanning probe techniques, scattering methods, “indirect” methods sucha as luminescence or Raman scattering)
